Delivery Policy

Our daily cut-off time for same-day shipping (Mon-Fri) is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following working day (Nb. orders placed after 4pm Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be despatched until Monday). Please take a few moments to read the information contained below for further details of delivery to your specific area.
Using The Post Office we are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and a Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery.
We can despatch orders to your home or work place.
Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for the Saturday AM Service. Please note: Our Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery.
If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

All goods are despatched via the post office on the quickest possible delivery service.
Delivery can be expected any time between 08:30 and 17:30, Mon-Fri (except Bank Holiday).

Includes Delivery to:- Republic of Ireland, plus Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, & Sweden only. For the avoidance of any doubt we do not offer delivery to the Channels Islands, Switzerland, Norway, Madeira/the Azores(Portugal), or destinations outside of Europe. We also do not offer delivery to BFPO addresses.
PLEASE NOTE:- Orders being shipped to Denmark must be delivered to a Business Address and not Residential.
All other countries remain unaffected and can be delivered to either business or residential
Please make sure that you provide the correct post/zip code for your delivery address, as this will ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly and effectively as possible, as well as a daytime contact telephone number which we or the courier can contact you on.
