Delivery Policy

Our daily cut-off time for same-day shipping (Mon-Fri) is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following working day (Nb. orders placed after 4pm Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be despatched until Monday). Please take a few moments to read the information contained below for further details of delivery to your specific area.

At Npost Franking we provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to all our customers within the UK and countries within the European Union.

Using The Post Office we are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and a Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery.

We can despatch orders to your home or work place.

Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for the Saturday AM Service.Please note: Our Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:- Orders being shipped to Denmark must be delivered to a Business Address and not Residential.

All other countries remain unaffected and can be delivered to either business or residential

Please make sure that you provide the correct post/zip code for your delivery address, as this will ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly and effectively as possible, as well as a daytime contact telephone number which we or the courier can contact you on.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item promptly, not later than 30 days after receipt. We offer this returns policy under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

* Write to us giving the reason for the return. Please include your order number, if you do not have the original delivery note, please send us a note detailing the reason for return.
This note should include your order number.

* In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip.
